This is my twist to turning the all great Nigerian Puff puff snack into a desert.
Nigerian puff puff – also called bofrot in Ghana is a snack you eat to remember. It is spongy, fluffy and just so delicious. Puff puff is made from simple ingredients as flour, sugar, yeast and water. The resultant dough is deep fried in balls
I have made it into a desert by enveloping it in home-made sugar syrup and nuts
