Shipping
UK: express shipping (1-3 days); standard shipping (3-7 days).
Europe: express shipping (3 -5 days); standard shipping (5-10 days).
USA: express shipping (5-7 days); standard shipping (1-2 weeks).
Canada: standard shipping (1-2 weeks).

Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be processed before shipping.

We do not currently ship to Africa and Asia.

Please do not try to force through an order to a country that we do not ship to by specifying UK as the country.
Your order will be refunded and the goods will not be dispatched.

Dispatch
We dispatch goods Monday to Friday using your chosen Delivery Method. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dealt with the next working day using your chosen Delivery Method.

Items shown as in stock are available for immediate dispatch using your chosen delivery method. However, on rare occasions errors occur which result in a product being out of stock. If any items in your basket are described as not available in their requested quantity, and you choose Free Standard Delivery, your order will be held and dispatched as soon as all items within it are available. This is usually no more than 7-10 days. If you have chosen Premium Delivery, Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery then all available items will be dispatched immediately and the remaining items will be sent on when they all become available.

Multiple Orders / Parcels
If you place several orders in quick succession to the same delivery address, we may combine them and dispatch as a single parcel. We may occasionally dispatch your order in more than one consignment. If we do this it will be clear from the paperwork that there is more to follow.
Signature
For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature. If you are unlikely to be at your delivery address during normal working hours please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

If no one is available to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card explaining how to collect it. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the time frame mentioned on the card. If you do not collect your parcel in time the parcel will be returned to us. You will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery and pay for the extra costs incurred in re-sending the parcel.

Wrong Address
Please check carefully when placing your order and be sure that you are happy that you have completed the billing and delivery addresses correctly and in full. We will dispatch to the address that you specify as the delivery address. If you have an account and have placed orders before please double check that the current order is going to an up to date address. If as a result of an incorrectly input or incomplete address your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the cost of sending it out again.
Lost in Post
The delivery service we use does not consider a parcel lost until it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 14 working days and 21 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. You will be asked to complete a lost parcel form prior to us re-dispatching your order. Please contact us if you are concerned and we will do all we can to help you.
Returns
Unfortunately, because of health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for food items, especially when already opened and electronically downloaded items. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, returns and exchanges are available. The postage cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. Email us on support@africanpot.com with the subject “Return” – we are here to help. Please take the picture of such damaged item on delivery.
Duties
It will be your responsibility to pay for any import duties or other fees that may be charged. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item.
When items go out of stock, how long does it take for you to get new items in?
When an item goes out of stock, we cannot guarantee if we can get items in. We are always trying to secure supply. If you would like, please provide your contact details and product of interest and we will advise if it comes in.
