Nigeria meat pie is really delicious snack filled with vegetables, potatoes and meat of choice. It is a sought after snack in most celebration gatherings in Nigeria. I have made it for my Oyinbo ( Caucasian) friends and they absolutely love it .Though similar in shape to Spanish empanadas , the cooking methods and fillings are different.
